This bowl of paleo and gluten-free chocolate overnight oats doesn’t just look amazing, it tastes pretty awesome, too!
All in all, this truly is a breakfast super bowl!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Ripe Banana
- ½ cups Almond Or Coconut Milk
- ½ cups Gluten Free Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Paste
- ¼ cups Agave Syrup
- ¼ cups Organic Natural Yoghurt
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- FOR GARNISH:
- 1 whole Dragon Fruit
- 1 whole Fig
- ¼ cups Frozen Blueberries
- ¼ cups Cherries
Preparation
Mash banana in a jar. Add milk, oats, vanilla paste, agave, yoghurt, cocoa powder and chia seeds. Mix well so all the ingredients are blended together.
Leave in the fridge overnight (or at least 6 hours) before placing in a bowl. Garnish with fruit. Eat and enjoy.
