Description

This buttery mahi-mahi dish is quick and absolutely delicious. Perfect for a healthy anytime meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 6 pieces Mahi-mahi Fish
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Preparation

Mix seasonings in a bowl. Lay fish out on a flat surface (or plate, or cutting board) and season both sides of the fish until all the seasoning is used.

Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to skillet, allow it to heat to a slight smoking point.

Add fish to skillet and cook for 5 minutes each side. Remove from pan, transfer to a serving dish. Fish should be flaky.
