Pancakes are iconic to any American breakfast or brunch, and for good reason! They’re so delicious and so versatile. I love these pancake made with almond milk.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Splenda Sugar Substitute
Preparation
In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix baking powder, flour, salt, and sugar. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and mix until just combined.
Prepare pancakes as desired on a griddle or pan over medium heat. Serve hot!
