A “secret” family recipe that needs to be shared to become your “secret” family recipe too.
Ingredients
- 13 whole Eggs, Separated
- 4 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Myers Dark Rum
- 4 cups Old Crow
- 2 cups Brandy
- 7 cups Cream
- 3 cups Milk
Preparation
Beat egg yolks until light yellow. Add sugar slowly and beat well. Add rum, Old Crow, brandy, cream and milk. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
Serve in small glasses and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
This stores well in refrigerator for over a year. Makes great eggnog cheesecake and puddings.
