This 5-minute vitamin C rich smoothie will boosts your immunity and helps you feel full longer!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Papaya
  • 1  Avocado
  • 1  Banana
  • 2  Oranges

Preparation

Rinse all the ingredients under running water. Peel the papaya, avocado and banana. Remove stones and seeds, if any. Cut into chunks, if necessary (depending on the size of your processor).

Throw them in a food processor or blender, squeeze in juice from oranges, and process until smooth. Serve right away!
