Description

A green smoothie wouldn’t be so amazing if we don’t add at least one fruit to it. This version is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and so yummy.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • 1 cup Papaya
  • 1 cup Raw Spinach
  • 1 whole Peach
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
  • 40 milliliters Non-dairy Milk
  • FOR THE TOPPING (optional):
  • 4 whole Blackberries
  • 5 grams Coconut Flakes
  • 5 grams Cacao Nibs

Preparation

Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach smooth and creamy consistency.

Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
