A smoothie celebrating lovely summer peaches!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1 whole Ripe Peach
  • ⅓ cups Buttermilk
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Grated Ginger
  • ½ teaspoons Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ cups Ice

Preparation

Cut the banana into pieces and dice the peach. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend well. Serve!
