Getting tired of the same ol’ lunch everyday? Mix it up with exciting and yummy sandwiches. Lunch today is a Peach and Prosciutto Sandwich with Burrata and it is delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- ¼ cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Yellow Peach, Halved, Cored And Thinly Sliced
- 2 ounces, fluid Sliced Prosciutto
- 4 ounces, fluid Burrata Or Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Glaze For Dizzling
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
On one slice of bread, layer half of the fresh basil and half of the sliced peach. On the other slice, layer half of the sliced prosciutto and half of the burrata or mozzarella, torn into rough pieces. Drizzle desired amount of balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the two halves and repeat for the second sandwich. Enjoy!
