Description
With fresh peaches, cinnamon, spices and hearty oats, this healthy Peach Cobbler Smoothie will remind you of your favorite fruit dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 Peaches, Pitted And Sliced
- ¼ cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1-½ Tablespoon Honey
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 dash Ground Cloves
Preparation
In the canister of a blender, combine the yogurt, milk, peaches, oats, honey, vanilla extract, and spices. Blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and diced peaches, if desired. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
Notes:
1. I used honey to sweeten this smoothie, but maple syrup or sugar may be used instead.
2. If you like thicker smoothies, increase the oats to 1/2-3/4 cups and/or use frozen peaches instead of fresh ones.
