Last week I was on a smoothie kick. I experimented and came up with this treat that is so yummy!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cups Frozen Or Fresh Peach Slices
  • ½ cups Almond Milk Or Nonfat Milk
  • ¼ cups Quick Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Agave Nectar Syrup
  • 1 cup Ice

Preparation

In a blender, mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes or until desired consistency. Enjoy this tasty low calorie treat for breakfast or snack.
