Last week I was on a smoothie kick. I experimented and came up with this treat that is so yummy!
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ½ cups Frozen Or Fresh Peach Slices
- ½ cups Almond Milk Or Nonfat Milk
- ¼ cups Quick Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1 cup Ice
Preparation
In a blender, mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes or until desired consistency. Enjoy this tasty low calorie treat for breakfast or snack.
