Description

Sweet summer peaches, roasted Hatch green chiles and grilled corn make the most amazing, fresh and flavorful salsa!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Peaches, Peeled, Pitted And Diced
  • ½ cups Diced Roasted Hatch Green Chiles
  • ½ cups Fresh Grilled Corn (frozen Defrosted Corn May Be Used Instead If You Can’t Find Fresh)
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
  • ½ whole Lime, Juiced
  • ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Chili Powder

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss together until combined. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
