Ingredients
- 3 whole Peaches, Peeled, Pitted And Diced
- ½ cups Diced Roasted Hatch Green Chiles
- ½ cups Fresh Grilled Corn (frozen Defrosted Corn May Be Used Instead If You Can’t Find Fresh)
- 2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- ½ whole Lime, Juiced
- ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Chili Powder
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss together until combined. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
