Description
This peach mango smoothie is satisfying and low in calories.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Peaches
- ½ cups Frozen Mango
- ½ whole Frozen Banana
- ¾ cups Almond Milk
- ¼ cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Preparation
Throw all ingredients in a blender. Put the lid on and blend until evenly mixed. If mixture is too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
Tips:
– If you use frozen fruit you do not need ice for this recipe.
– I love cow’s milk as much as anyone but almond milk really brings out the fruit flavors in this drink, so go with almond milk.
– Since I have yet to see a frozen banana in the freezer section of my grocery store, I buy them fresh, peel them, cut them in half and freeze the banana halves in a container. Do not freeze with the peel on, it will not be fun trying to pull the peel off frozen.
