Description
It doesn’t get much better than peach nice cream on a hot summer day! Plus, nice cream is a healthy treat!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Banana, Previously Frozen
- 1-½ cup Sliced Peaches, Previously Frozen
- ½ cups Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
Pour all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Transfer half of the mixture to a Zoku Ice Cream Maker and follow instruction manual until nice cream forms. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve with desired toppings.
Alternatively, pour the ingredients into an airtight container and freeze until the nice cream reaches a frozen yogurt texture.
