Unrefined, whole-food peach cobbler. No additives or processed ingredients—just delicious taste!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Sliced Fresh Peaches (frozen Also Works)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons Arrowroot
- 1-½ cup Almond Meal (almond Flour)
- ¼ cups Melted Vegan Butter
- ¼ cups Date Syrup Or Agave
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place peach slices in a large bowl. Sprinkle them with lemon juice, vanilla and arrowroot. Toss to incorporate.
2. Place peach mixture in a 3-quart baking dish.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, melted butter, date syrup (or agave) and sea salt. After thoroughly mixed, crumble the mixture over the peach mixture. Cover dish with a sheet of foil.
4. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, until peach juice is bubbling.
5. Remove cover and bake a few more minutes if topping is not yet browned. Serve!
