Ingredients
- ½ cups Quick Cooking Oats
- ½ cups Water
- ½ cups Skim Milk
- 1 whole Small Ripe Banana, Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- ½ Tablespoons Wheat Germ
- ¼ cups Walnuts, Chopped
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave for about a minute. Stir then microwave again for about 30 seconds. Cooking time varies depending on your microwave so just keep your eye on it. You don’t want it runny but you don’t want it too thick either. Stir and enjoy!
