Description

This Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie is quick and easy! It’s a filling breakfast that can be thrown in the blender and then taken to go!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • ⅓ cups Quick Rolled Oats
  • 2 whole Bananas (preferably Frozen) Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Smooth Peanut Butter
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides once to get anything stuck to the sides. Pour into glasses and serve.
