Ingredients
- 1 whole Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- ¼ cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and combine. If you would like a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes; if you are looking for a thinner consistency, add a little more milk or water.
