Description

Light and fluffy no-bake peanut butter cream pie.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ¾ cups Confectioners Sugar
  • ½ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 6 Tablespoons Milk
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip
  • 1 whole Graham Cracker Crust
  • ½ cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels (optional)

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and peanut butter. Mix well. Gradually add milk. Fold in Cool Whip.

Spoon into crust. Chill overnight.

Melt chocolate morsels in the microwave for about 40 seconds until just melted. Drizzle over pie when ready to serve.
