Description

Nutty granola that’s perfect over yogurt, with milk or just by the handful.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cups Coconut
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Flax Seeds
  • 1 dash Salt
  • ¼ cups Water
  • ⅓ cups Honey
  • ⅓ cups Peanut Butter
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ⅓ cups Unsweetened Applesauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine oats, coconut, flax seeds and salt in a large bowl. Combine water, honey, peanut butter, vanilla and applesauce in a small sauce pan and heat until just boiling. Pour the boiling mixture over the dry mixture and stir until evenly coated. Pour evenly onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Once cool, store in an airtight container.
