Description
Fluffy, peanut buttery pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- ⅔ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2-½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-½ Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 whole Large Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Of Milk
Preparation
Whisk together all ingredients until just mixed togehter and smooth.
Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
When griddle is hot spoon batter onto the griddle in your preferred size of scoops (fit as many as you can onto your griddle but don’t crowd it). Cook until tiny bubbles start to appear on the top then flip over and cook for a few more minutes until the bottom side is done to your liking. Remove the cooked pancakes to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Top with butter and syrup, and enjoy!
