Peanut Butter Popsicles

Description

A super easy recipe for peanut butter, and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE POPSICLES:
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups Natural Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • FOR GARNISH:
  • 2 ounces, fluid Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Peanuts

Preparation

In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the popsicles (yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt) until smooth. Set into popsicle moulds for a minimum of 6 hours. Once frozen, run warm water over the popsicle mould for a few seconds so the peanut butter pops are easier to remove.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, or using a double boiler. Dip the tops of the popsicles into melted dark chocolate then immediately sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Hold the popsicle until the chocolate has hardened (approximately 30 seconds) then wrap in wax paper and store for up to 1 week or enjoy immediately.
