Like the Clif Mojo bar, only much better!
Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Rice Crispies
- ½ cups Oats
- ½ cups Peanuts, Shelled, Halved
- ½ cups Pretzel Sticks, Broken In Half
- ¼ cups Peanut Butter Chips
- ½ cups Peanut Butter
- ½ cups Brown Rice Syrup
- ½ teaspoons Salt (optional)
Preparation
Mix all of the dry ingredients (rice crispies, oats, peanuts, pretzels, peanut butter chips) together in a large mixing bowl. Use a wooden spoon to crush the rice crispies a little bit.
Measure out the peanut butter, brown rice syrup, and the salt (optional) into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 1 minute. Stir well and pour over the dry mixture. Cover well, and make sure that it is all coated, so the bars don’t crumble apart.
Line a 7″ x 11″ pan with wax paper and pour the mixture into it. Cover with another sheet of wax paper and press to fit the pan. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then cut into 12 (200 calories each) or 16 (150 calories each) bars.
