Ingredients
- 1-¼ cup Oatmeal Flour
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1-⅔ cup Coconut Milk
- 2 teaspoons Organic Peanut Butter
- 2 Egg Whites
Preparation
Preheat your waffle iron to high heat setting.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (flour through salt).
In a medium bowl, add the wet ingredients (milk and peanut butter) and mix well.
In a small bowl, beat eggs thoroughly until they become foamy.
Combine the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix everything together. Then, fold the egg whites into your batter.
Spray both surfaces of your waffle iron with cooking spray. Use a ladle (size according to the size of your waffle maker; refer to manufacturer’s instructions) to pour batter into the waffle iron. Cook waffles until crispy and golden brown. Remove the cooked waffle to a plate and finish cooking the remaining batter.
