Description

These Peanut Butter White Chocolate Chip Cookies don’t require flour! They are gluten-free, chewy and soft! You probably have all the ingredients in stock!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Organic Peanut Butter
  • ¾ cups Raw Sugar Or You Can Replace For Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ cups White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except the white chocolate chips. When all the ingredients are combined, add the white chocolate chips and mix well.

Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the batter onto a tray that you’ve lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the dough, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 9 minutes then remove the tray from the oven and set it on a rack. Let them cool completely before you remove them from the baking sheet, otherwise the cookies may break apart.

Makes 22 cookies.
