I’m sure PB&J sandwiches will undoubtably make their way into your rotation of school lunch offerings. So, if sometime during the course of the school year there comes a point in time where you are told “Please, no more PB&J sandwiches!” please feel free to use up any stockpiled peanut butter, or be sure to set some aside, to make yourself a few of these. You deserve it!
Ingredients
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 ounce, fluid Vanilla Vodka
- 1 ounce, fluid Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 ounce, fluid Milk
- ½ ounces, fluid Butterscotch Schnapps
Preparation
Prepare shot glasses. With a pastry brush, “paint” the inside of two shot glasses with a little peanut butter. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, add vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, milk, and butterscotch schnapps. Shake for 20-30 seconds and serve into shot glasses.
