    Description

    Peanut chutney, shengadanyachi chutney in Marathi, is often featured in Maharashtrian meals. It makes a great side dip for every meal.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts
    • 3 cloves Garlic
    • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seed
    • 3 teaspoons Red Chili Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Salt

    Preparation

    Add all ingredients together in a mixer or grinder and pulse until it becomes a coarse powder.
