Ingredients
- 140 grams Pears, Peeled And Cored
- 100 milliliters Apple Juice
- 25 grams Gluten Free Oats
- 140 grams Blueberries
- 120 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Granola
Preparation
Blend pears, apple juice and gluten-free oats. Set aside.
Blend blueberries and dairy free milk. Pour blueberry smoothie into a bowl and top with the pear smoothie. Sprinkle on some gluten-free granola and a few blueberries.
