Description
A little Greek yogurt, fresh pears, a smattering of my Fig & Honey Almond Granola, and chopped pistachios are the perfect combination for these cups of parfait. You get the best of both worlds: tart and sweet, crunchy and creamy, dished out as a delicious breakfast that you don’t have to waste an ounce of guilt on.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Plain Or Greek Yogurt
- ½ Pear, Sliced Or Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Granola
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Pistachios
- Honey For Drizzling
Preparation
Layer ingredients in a cup or bowl, beginning with yogurt. Top with pear, granola, pistachios and a drizzle of honey on top. Eat immediately. Seriously. What are you waiting for?
