    Crunchy, healthy and creamy breakfast.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Water
    • ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
    • 1 teaspoon Honey, Plus More To Drizzle On Top
    • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    • 2 Tablespoons Pecans, Coarsely Chopped
    • 2 whole Dried Apricots, Chopped
    • 1 Tablespoon Dried Cranberries
    • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt

    Preparation

    In the stove top, bring water to a boil. Add oats and reduce to medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and remove from heat, allowing more 2 minutes. Add honey, cinnamon and the chopped nuts and fruit, mixing well together. Serve with a scoop or two of Greek yogurt and drizzle some honey on top.
