Ingredients
- 1 cup, 11 tablespoons, 2-½ pinches Coconut Milk Drink
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 Large Persimmons
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Desiccated Coconut
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients (exept honey and desiccated coconut) in a blender and blend until smooth (this will take several seconds).
Taste the smoothie. If you find it not sweet enough, add honey and give it a quick blend.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with some chia seeds and desiccated coconut, and you are good to go!
