My go-to easy pico de gallo recipe that’s perfect as an appetizer, on tacos, or just by the spoonful!
Ingredients
- 3 pieces Medium Tomatoes On The Vine, Diced
- ½ pieces Small Red Onion, Diced
- ½ teaspoons Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded And Finely Chopped
- ⅓ bunches Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 1 piece Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1 piece Large Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
- ⅛ teaspoons Sea Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cumin
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, and stir to combine.
Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow to flavors to meld.
