Ingredients
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- ⅛ cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Pimentos
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and blend well. If you have a mixer that will make it easier if not just mix by hand with a spoon. Serve chilled with crackers and celery.
