15 minutes and 4 ingredients is all you need to make this tropical Piña Colada chia pudding. Healthy, easy and super tasty!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon Sweetner
- 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- ½ cups Pineapple Cut Into Dices
Preparation
Mix coconut milk, sweetener, and chia seeds. Let rest for at least 15 minutes, up to overnight.
To serve, in a glass, add a base of chia pudding followed by some chopped pineapple. Repeat layers.
