Description
A sweet, tangy, creamy, delicious and healthy tropical island smoothie great for breakfast or anytime!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Pineapple, Peeled And Sliced
- 1 Banana
- ½ cups Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Greek Yoghurt (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until silky smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Notes:
1. For a frozen smoothie, freeze the pineapple pieces overnight, or for at least 2 hours, and throw them right into the blender with the other ingredients. Your smoothie will be a bit thicker, and very refreshing! Great for warm weather.
2. For a dairy-free or vegan smoothie, leave out the Greek yoghurt and add extra coconut milk or a dairy free milk of your choice if the smoothie is too thick.
3. Alternatively, this can be made with just water. It will be more like a fresh juice, with a little creaminess from the banana, but still delicious!
