Description
Start the day with this lovely gluten-free and dairy-free pineapple cinnamon porridge.
Ingredients
- 50 grams Gluten Free Porridge Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Crushed Pineapple, Divided
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 350 milliliters Water Or Dairy Free Milk
- 2 teaspoons Honey Or Maple Syrup
Preparation
Place oats, 2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple, cinnamon and water or milk in a pan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4–5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Top with remaining crushed pineapple and honey. I also added some sultanas, raspberries and walnuts.
