Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1  Mango, Peeled And Sliced
  • 1 cup Frozen Pienapple Chunks
  • 2  Mandarin Oranges, Peeled

Preparation

Add ingredients to blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.

Variations:
1. Add 1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk for a filling breakfast smoothie or snack on-the-go.
2. For an adult beverage, add 1-2 tablespoons rum (or rum extract) for each 8 ounces you prepare.
3. Create a slushy beverage by trading out 1/2 to 1 cup of water with 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes (trade out and replace water and ice in equal proportions).
