Description
Sweet and spicy pineapple salsa verde.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Pineapple
- 3 cups Quartered Tomatillos
- ¼ cups Red Onion
- 1 cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 whole Jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preparation
Add everything to a blender. Puree on high until blended.
