Description
I like to keep my smoothies simple, using a few ingredients, nothing crazy. I know the color looks gross, but once you get past it, it really doesn’t taste bad. My kids suggest plugging your nose and closing your eyes when drinking this smoothie – LOL! Once they have taken the first sip, they said it gets easier to drink. Thankfully the pineapple masks the spinach flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces, fluid Brewed Green Tea Or Water
- 2 cups Fresh Pineapple With Core
- 2 cups Baby Leaf Spinach (or Your Favorite Green Leafy Vegetable)
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
