The perfect quick breakfast or snack, this pineapple strawberry smoothie is healthy, tasty and filling—and so pretty with its swirly layers!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE STRAWBERRY PORTION:
  • ½ cups Frozen Strawberries
  • ¼ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ Tablespoons Honey (optional)
  • FOR THE PINEAPPLE PORTION:
  • ½ cups Frozen Pineapple
  • ¼ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Flaxseed
  • ½ Tablespoons Honey (optional)

Preparation

Blend all of the ingredients for the strawberry portion of the smoothie in a blender until smooth. Divide between glasses.

Blend all of the ingredients for the pineapple portion of the smoothie and layer on top of the strawberry smoothie in the glasses. Enjoy!
