Ingredients
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Vodka
- 4 ounces, fluid Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar For Rimming
- Grapefruit Wedge (in The Peel), For Garnish And Coating Glass Rim
- Ice, To Fill Cocktail Shaker
Preparation
Place the sugar in a shallow bowl. Run the cut grapefruit around the rim of a cocktail glass and roll the rim around in the sugar. Refrigerate for a few minutes to set.
Add the vodka and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, put the lid on and shake well. Pour into the prepared glass.
