Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 3 ounces, fluid Fresh Squeezed Pink Lemon Juice
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Jonge Genever
- 2 ounces, fluid Chilled Soda Water
- Ice, To Fill Shaker And Serving Glass
- 1 Round Slice Of Pink Lemon, For Garnish (optional)
Preparation
Add sugar and lemon juice into a mixing tin, put the lid on and dry shake to dissolve sugar. Add Genever and ice, put the lid on and shake well.
Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a pink lemon wheel (optional).
