Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Banana, Frozen
- 1 Small Raw Beet Peeled And Quartered
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
Preparation
Add unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, small raw peeled beet, frozen strawberries, flaxseed meal, and raw honey to a kitchen blender. Blend everything until very smooth. If you’d like, you can also add in some protein powder.
