Description

A healthy pink smoothie recipe with pink and red fruit, apple, Greek yogurt and carrot juice. A perfect breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Frozen Strawberries
  • ½ cups Frozen Raspberries
  • ¼ cups Frozen Cranberries
  • ½ whole HoneyCrisp Apple, Sliced
  • ½ cups Honey Flavored Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ whole Lemon, Peeled
  • ½ cups Carrot Juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until smooth.

Notes:
Make sure to buy the “no sugar added” varieties of frozen fruit.
Feel free to use fresh fruit rather than frozen, just add in a handful or two of ice cubes before blending.
I used carrot juice because I loved the color and it was readily available. You could also use cranberry juice, pomegranate juice or apple juice.
