Description
Basic smoothie recipe I like to use. I change up the fruit lots so it does not end up pink all of the time.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- ½ cups Milk
- ½ cups Quick Or Old Fashioned Oats
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt (any Flavor)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- ½ cups Frozen Strawberries
Preparation
Blend all together until combined. Enjoy!
