Description
Easy to make pizza muffins. Create your own using your favorite pizza toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Your Favorite Pizza Dough, Room Temperature
- 5 ounces, weight Sliced Pepperoni, Diced
- 8 ounces, weight Shredddd Mozzarella Cheese, Or As Desired
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Colby Jack Cheese, Or As Desired (optional)
- 15 ounces, weight Pizza Sauce
- Freshly Grated Parmesan, For Garnish (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Pinch off pieces of dough, enough to place into each muffin well. Press into the muffin wells.
Place diced pepperoni onto the bottom of each formed dough ball. (I kind of went deep dish style on this one where I placed the meat on the bottom layer.) Top with mozzarella, some shredded colby jack cheese, then cover with pizza sauce.
Place into preheated oven and cook for about 15–20 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven. Using a butter knife, wedge each one out onto a serving plate. Shower with fresh Parmesan cheese if desired.
