Description
A crispy, savory little wonton filled with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Fat Free
- 1 ounce, weight Lite Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- ¼ cups Pizza Sauce
- 8 slices Pepperoni, Sliced Into Eighths
- 30 whole Wonton Wrappers (I Used Round Shape)
- Pizza Sauce, To Serve
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In a bowl, add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and pepperoni; mix until combined.
Line the wontons onto parchment paper and evenly divide the cheese mixture into the center of the wontons, about 1 teaspoonful per wonton.
Dip your finger into some water and rub along the edges of the wonton. Carefully fold the wonton in half and make sure the sides are sealed. I used the ends of a fork to make little tine marks and to give an extra seal.
Bake in oven for 11-15 minutes until lightly golden. Serve with pizza sauce.
