Description
Delicious plum cardamom and yogurt otter pop. Can be used with ice cube molds as well! Or you can have it as a smoothie without freezing it!
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cardamom
- 2 Plums,cored
- ¼ cups Maple Syrup
- ¼ cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Preparation
1. Blend the ingredients until nice and smooth. Add additional tablespoons of water if the mixture is too thick and not easily pourable
2. Use a funnel to pour the smoothie mixture into the plastic tube until it reaches the fill line. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
Note each recipe makes 1 cup of smoothie or about 3 otter pops using Zipzicle Ice Pop Molds.
