Ingredients

  • ¼ whole Tomato, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Pesto
  • ¼ whole Avocado, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 whole Egg, Poached
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

On a plate place slightly overlapping tomatoes, then top with pesto and avocados.

Place a freshly poached egg on top. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
