Ingredients
- ¼ whole Tomato, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Pesto
- ¼ whole Avocado, Thinly Sliced
- 1 whole Egg, Poached
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
On a plate place slightly overlapping tomatoes, then top with pesto and avocados.
Place a freshly poached egg on top. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
