- 1 cup Baby Spinach, Loosely Packed
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Banana, Sliced And Frozen
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Preparation
Place the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until no green specks remain and fruit is fully blended.
