Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 package (16 Oz. Size) Coleslaw Mix
- Cooked Rice, To Serve
- Sesame Seeds, For Garnish
Preparation
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown meat. While meat is cooking, stir together soy sauce, Sriracha, rice wine vinegar, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
Once meat is cooked, add coleslaw mix. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture and continue to stir and cook until coleslaw is wilted.
Serve over cooked rice and top with sesame seeds.
